Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information the GRC 360 website at grc360.biz collects, what we do with it, and how to reach us about it. It covers this website only.

GRC 360 is construction management software from Galvan Reinforcing Company (“GRC”, “we”, “us”). You can reach us at:

What we collect

When you fill in the Request a Demo form, we receive what you type: your first name, last name, email address, phone number and company name, and your preferred contact method if you choose one. We also record the time the request arrived and whether the spam check described below succeeded.

When you email or call us, we receive whatever you choose to send or tell us.

When you simply browse the site, we do not collect anything about you. The site has no analytics, no advertising, no tracking pixels and no social media plugins, and its fonts and images are served from our own hosting. To deliver any web page, our hosting provider’s servers necessarily receive your IP address and the kind of browser you use; we have not turned on visitor logs for this site, so we do not keep a record of your visits.

Why we use it

We use the details from the form for one purpose: to respond to your request for a demo, by the contact method you prefer if you told us one. If you become a customer, any later relationship is covered by our agreement with you.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for advertising.

How the form works

  • Sent securely. The site only works over HTTPS, so what you type is encrypted on its way to us.
  • Checked for spam. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from automated bots. On the Request a Demo page, Turnstile runs in your browser and processes signals such as your IP address, your browser and device details, and the page you are on. Cloudflare states that Turnstile does not access what you type into the form. Our server then asks Cloudflare whether the check passed. Cloudflare explains its handling in its Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
  • Held briefly, encrypted. Your request is stored, encrypted, and then Emailed to our team. The email goes to info@grc360.biz, which is a group-list distributed to our individual mailbox.

Who can see it

Your request is read by our team. A few service providers handle it on our behalf, only to provide their service to us:

  • Amazon Web Services hosts this specific website, stores waiting requests and sends the email.
  • Cloudflare runs the Turnstile spam check. Cloudflare says it processes Turnstile signals on our behalf to protect our site, and also uses them as a controller to improve its bot detection.
  • Forward Email forwards mail sent to grc360.biz addresses to our company mailbox. It states that it does not store forwarded messages.
  • Microsoft hosts our company email (Microsoft 365), where the request arrives.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not set any cookies, and it does not use advertising or tracking cookies of any kind. On the Request a Demo page only, Cloudflare’s Turnstile check runs from Cloudflare’s own web address; when we tested the page, it set no cookies and stored one small item in your browser’s storage for that check. Cloudflare describes the cookies it may use for its security services in its Cookie Policy.

Our records of the form

Our form-handling software keeps a technical log so we can see when something goes wrong. That log records only outcomes, such as “stored” or “could not be verified”, and never anything you typed. It is kept for 30 days.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@grc360.biz or call 951-656-6111. We may need to confirm it is really you before we act on a request. We will not treat you differently for asking.

Filling in the form is optional. If you would rather not use it, you can email or call us instead.

California residents

  • Do Not Track. Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” or Global Privacy Control signal. We do not track visitors over time or across other websites, so this site works the same way whether or not your browser sends one.
  • Other companies. We do not allow advertising networks or analytics companies to collect information about your browsing on this site. The only outside service that runs in your browser here is Cloudflare Turnstile, on the Request a Demo page only, as described above.
  • Direct marketing. We do not share your personal information with other companies for their own marketing.
  • Reviewing and changing your information. Contact us as described under “Your choices”.

Children

This site is for businesses and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us their information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change how this site handles information, we will update this page and its effective date. If a change is significant, we will also say so in a notice at the top of this page for a reasonable time before or after it takes effect.
